Latter Rain
God's truth will give you peace of mind.
 
Come And Let Us Return Unto The LORD, He Shall Come Unto Us As The Rain, As The Latter and Former Rain
 
Hosea 6:1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
 
Rain = God's Word
Former Rain Is The Truth, the word of God. It's like a seed, it has to grows in your mind.
You have to study, before it will grow. It's up to God, if the seed grows.
The latter Rain, the truth in the mind, It's the knowledge of God's word, The seal of God In Your Forehead.
If you are studying, God's going to give you His word, moderately.. with understanding and wisdom.
 
Notice three levels = Three times is the blessing given in Numbers 6:23-24, "The LORD bless thee and keep thee (the Father); The LORD make His face shine upon thee; and be gracious unto thee (the Son); The LORD lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace" (the Holy Spirit).
 
Matthew 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
 
 Bible study what hour = Satan's tribulation = Satan comes at the 6th trump, 6th seal, 6th vial
 
Count The Number of The Beast = For It Is The Number of A Man = His Number Is 666
 
Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
  • Keywords = number of a man, his number is 666
  • Here is wisdom means you are to be wise, so God expects you to understand, this is a number of a man.
  • Satan comes at the 6th seal, 6th trump and 6th vial
  • You are marked on what you do. The work of your hands means what you do.
  • If your going the ways of the world, you are following Satan
  • Count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is 666
  • You need to know what happens at the 6th trump, 6th seal and 6th vial.
  • Beasts, leaders, kingdom, kings, Daniel 7
  • You need to know when Satan tribulation beginning.
  • The word for "count" as it is used to count his number is used only in this verse, in the entire Bible.
  • The word count in Greek  #5585, Psephizo meaning, ''to use pebbles in enumeration''.
  • If it sounds familiar, it is because it comes from the base word #5586, psephos meaning, ''a pebble as worn smooth by handling while counting for a long period of time'', from Genesis to Revelation.

6th seal,  Don't be deceived. Question, who shall be able to stand against Satan?
 
6th trump, Satan's image brings One World Order, falsehood, deception, confusion, you're going to see one of the biggest false revival on earth that every happen, Satan's going to pay all your bills, he's going to give you anything if you worship him.

6th vial - Satan's spirits of devil poured out on the earth.

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
 
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
 
Mark 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
 
God's truth will give you peace of mind. If you know God's Plan, you don't need to worry what's going to happen.

The Lord uses things of nature that we are familiar with, so we may understand His word. He is good to them that take's the time to study His word. He has given us the Bible and it's up to us to study His Word.

As Jesus taught in Revelation 3:20, "Behold I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me."

Note that action is required on our part. We must be willing to open the door and hear His voice with understanding. To "sup" means to share deeper truths. Once the four winds are shut.. it's too late. Rev 7

Matthew 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
  • Olive oil is symbolic of truth
  • Without oil, the lamp and Holy Spirit are quenched. No truth; no light
  • Vessels = Containing oil, to pour on the torches
Matthew 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

  • Few shall partake in the soon coming wedding of our Lord.
  • God shows the love, importance and responsibly, He places on His chosen.
  • He sent out His servants with invitations to His wedding, but few are chosen
There come a time when it will be too late to study God's word  (Revelation 7 The four winds)
 
Study to Shew Thyself Approved Unto God
 
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
 
My people Are Destroyed For Lack of Knowledge
 
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
  • God will reject you, If you don't do things His ways
  • Your nation can go to hell, but if you're trying and studying God's Word. God's going to help you
  • You have free will, if you choose to follow Satan and when things go wrong, don't blame God
Why Is This So Important? Once Satan's tribulation starts its too late to study God's Word.
 
Type of Moses = Why Did Only Two Enter The Promised Land Over the Age of Twenty = They Started Listening to Man At the Last Hour = once the four winds are shut its too late to study God's Word..
 
Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
  • The word ''winds of the earth'', according to the concordance, means a very devastating wind.
  • Four winds - four winds that bring about the end (Ezekiel 37 dry bones)
  • After = With the Accusative it means after, always in connection with time
  • Once Satan's tribulation starts its too late to study God's Word.
2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
  • Notice that it is God that allows this hurt.
  • Also, the angel is talking loudly not softly.
  • Having the seal of the living God
  • The Seal of God in their forehead, Simply by removing the deception of false teaching and tradition of men and placing the Word of God in your forehead.
  • You know God's Plan, you don't have to worry about what going to happen in the end times, because you have studied God's Words.
  • The truth of God's word in your forehead  vs the deception of false teaching and the tradition of man in your forehead.
  • Sea = people, nations = Rev 17

3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
  • Sea are the people =  Revelation 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
  • The Angel is saying, Stop! Hold Everything! Go No Further
  • Until the angels have sealed The 144,000 With The Truth
  • There are many from each tribe that are God's very elect
  • Man teaches the word of God, but it's God that does the sealing in their forehead

My Doctrine Shall Drop As The Rain = Latter Rain = God's Word = Seal of God In Your Forehead

Isaiah 40:7: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.
8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
 
Micah 5:7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.
 
Jacob = whole house of Israel = 12 tribes of Israel

  • My doctrine, My teaching = as rain.
  • He is saying let the early and latter rain grow, which is My words
  • Study My words - not men words
  • Study and you will grow in God's word
  • Grass = people
Last Days = The Time When Knowledge Was Increased
 
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

His word, the truth is the two-edged sword
Babylon which comes from the Hebrew word ''Babel'', means confusion.
This sword of truth is going to cause present day Babylon to fall.
Because a lie cannot stand in front of truth.
 
God told the people He would give them rain If they done things His ways

  • In the LATTER days
  • Afterward = This mark of time has not yet been reached.
  • It corresponds with the "many days" of verse 4
  • Return = Return to God
  • Jeremiah 50:4 In those days, and in that time, saith the Lord, the children of Israel shall come, they and the children of Judah together, going and weeping: they shall go, and seek the Lord their God.
  • 5 They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to the Lord in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten.
  • Hosea 5:15 I will go and return to My place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek Me early.
  • He will heal us = Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
  • The 7th trump has sounded, Christ has  returned
  • After two days = two days after this national repentance.

  • Revive us = bring us back to life.
  • Live = live again in resurrection. Referring to the yet future resurrection of the new Israel (Ezekiel 37), which will thus resemble the resurrection of Messiah (1 Cor 15:20).

  • Rain = He shall come down like rain = His Word

  • Former Rain = Deut 11:14 That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil.

  • Light = just as the sun comes up, I am going to judge you

  • Sottish = To be silly = to be stupid

29 Shall I not visit for these things? saith the Lord: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

31 The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?
  • The priests bear rule by their means = By false teaching
Why Speakest Thou Unto Them in Parables?
 
Revelation 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
 
Matthew 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
  • Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
  • Question of Disciples
11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
  • The Mysteries, the secrets or the things hither to kept secret.
  • Because it is given unto, "those that will be doers", "those that will act on it", and  teach the word.
  • It is given to them that want to study and teach God's word
Parable of Meat and Milk = God's Word = teach on three levels
 
Hebrews 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
  • Milk of God's words is salvation, it's the first level of teaching of God's word
  • Milk is as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby
  • Strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, growing into God's word
  • Meat is more on the second and third level of God's word it's growing into God's word.
  • You don't want to start teaching people on a third level until he knows about salvation.
  • John 16:12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
    13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
    14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
    15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you
  • Strong meat you are growing more in God's word.

  • 1 Peter 2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
    2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
    3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
    4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
    5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
    6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
    7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
    8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
    9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
    10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
  • Once you teach salvation don't keep teaching salvation, teach with meat where people will grow into  God's word.
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
  • Strong meat means you're growing in God's word, strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age
  • You want to start teaching more on God's commandments, seals, trumpets, vitals
  • Hitherto = ye were not as yet able to bear it, Instead of supplying the ellipsis with " to bear it", we might read "not as yet string enough".
  • You're not understanding the word
1 Corinthians 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
  • I could not = was not able to
  • Many that don't understanding the word
  • Carnal = flesh body
  • Roman 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
  • 1 Corinthians 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
  • Practice what you preach, or act in accordance with your belief.
2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
 
John 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
