Vials are the wraths of God.

This seventh trumpet embraces the seven vials, or last seven plagues, which make up the third woe, and reaches on to Revelation 18:20 if not Revelation 20:15

Revelation 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

Since this is coming directly from the temple, we can safely say that this is God speaking.
He is saying, pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

1st Vial, deception on 1/3 of the people, meaning they do not know what's going on and they do not care.
These men start to follow Satan's one world order and upon them which worshipped his image.
Bear in mind that this first beast is the political system. (Revelation 13)
6th trump = His image = Idolatry = image-worship = Satan's standing in Jerusalem saying he is God.
The word sore meaning an ulcer.
The pain will be brought upon them by these men. The reason for the ulcers will be tension, anxiety, worry, not knowing what is going to happen. And not knowing, understanding the things that are happening.
The book of Joel tells us about these men, the real joy is to know what's going on and to have eyes to see the four stages of God's army. The Kenites, Satan's church, your rulers and Satan's angels these men are likened to locusts. What happens just before the millennium?

This is the reason they received the mark of the beast.
What does 666 mean? Knowing God's Plan. What happen at the sixth seal, sixth trump and the sixth vial.

2nd vial poured out = The deception upon all nations..masses of people.. all races, people that are spiritually dead, why? They don't know what's going on. (The book of Joel)
2nd trump these are spiritually dead by the leaders, they vote for leaders that bring in socialism and communism.
Spiritually dead means you don't know God's word, without the Lord you are dead. They are dead to the truth and who do not have an opportunity to have eternal life until. After the teaching, or the end of the millennium. dry bones in (Ezekiel 37)
This Conspiracy against God's people, this deception of their lies, false teaching, ripping people off, new laws to enforce them to do things against their religious belief or they tax businesses right out of business.

Blood means deceived or spiritually dead (Ezekiel 37)

5th seal - Sealing of God's word in your forehead
God's elect will have the seal of God in their forehead
Acts 2 refers to Mark 13 God's elect will be deliver up.

His goodness will let the elect (seven thousand that stood against Satan without wavering), being the first fruits, that would suffer for Him in the near future and bring this age into "the millennium" which is the Lord's day.

Who has power over the plagues?

Once Satan comes at the 6th trump, they give the 7th kingdom over to Satan for another 2 1/2 months

These men are likened to Scorpions = A scorpions will paralyzed you = paralyzed fear = to bring to a condition of helpless

When does a thief come? You don't know when a thief comes. Meaning you don't have the Seal of God in Your Forehead. God's Plan. You have to know the seals, trumpets and the vials.

Isaiah 51:22-23 Tells us that God will take the ''cup of trembling'' out of our hands and put it into hands of them that afflict us.

Mountains, biblically speaking, symbolize governments.
At this time, governments will mean nothing.
Christ will have returned and set up the millennial temple.

21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

A talent weighs anywhere between 100 pounds and 180 pounds, depending upon the translation that you use.
Ezekiel 38 and Ezekiel 39 in conjunction with this Revelation 16 would prove beneficial at this time.
God uses His own created elements to defeat Satan's army.
