Who Put The Slumber On The People?
2 Corinthians 4:3 But if our gospel be
hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world
hath blinded the minds of them
which believe not, lest
the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of
God, should shine unto them.
Why do pastors teach, hell fire (lake of fire), before the millennium?
Why do people listen to men? Most pastors teach hell fire
Romans 11:8 According as it is
written, God hath
given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they
should not see,
and ears that they should not hear; unto this day.
2 Thessalonians 2:11 And for this cause
God
shall send them strong delusion, that
they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but
had
pleasure in unrighteousness.
Roman 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge,
God
gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not
convenient;
-
2 Thessalonians 2, it says because they believe not the truth, God has sent them
strong delusions.
-
More or less says, as they rejected God, then God in turn rejected
them.
-
1 Thessalonians 2:14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in
Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of
your own country men, even as they have of the Jews:
-
You have followed the example of the churches in
Judea and have suffered of your people the same
as those in Jerusalem suffered of the Jews,
meaning the Kenites and Paul identifies them in
the next verse.
15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have
persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:
Paul is talking about the Kenites here directly
and pretty strongly.
He's blaming the death of Christ upon them and
accuses them of ungodliness.
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness,
covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit,
malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of
evil things, disobedient to parents,
-
We see that 1
Thessalonians 2, certainly speaks the truth in those 14th and 15th
verses.
31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection,
implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things
are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them
that do them.
-
So we see then that Lucifer and his following did these things,
knowing they were contrary to God's plan in addition they take
pleasure in converts to their synagogue for participation in these
evil deeds.
Why would God blind the
people and after they "die in the flesh", He would burn them in
the lake of fire, before they are taught the word of God?
Man has always wanted to take God's place, This is man's
teaching
What
would be the purposed of this world age, as we know of today?
The reason we are in this world
age, God has given us free will, It's up to you, to study His
word. God needs to know if you love Him.
Revelation 20 tells us about the millennium,
We are with the Lord and everyone has
seen the Lord face to face, all are taught God's word. After the
1000 years, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, to go out
for a short season, and if anyone follows Satan, they will go
into the lake of fire with Satan.
After the millennium, The
believers
are resurrected into their Immortality (deathlessness) soul
alive with Christ.
Why do pastors mislead the people?
Mark 13:6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I
am Christ; and shall deceive many.
-
Don't be deceived, Many false teachers, False preachers use
religion to deceived men.
Revelation 2:9 I know thy
works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I
know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not,
but are the synagogue of Satan.
Revelation 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of
Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold,
I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to
know that I have loved thee.
10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will
keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all
the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that
no man take thy crown.
What is the famine of the last day?
Amos
8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will
send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for
water, but of hearing the
words of the LORD:
2
Timothy
2:14 Of these things put them
in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not
about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
15 Study to shew thyself approved
unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing
the word of truth.
Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:
because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that
thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of
thy God, I will also forget thy children.
7 As they were
increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their
glory into shame.
Why?
The purpose of this stupor is that the Gentiles
would have an opportunity to accept Christ and
could come into their own kingdom, as is
recorded in the 21st chapter of Revelation.
Through this stumbling , He will also give kingdoms to
the ethnos, as it is recorded in Revelation 21.
God said, He will not go back on His word, but understand the
mystery.
Romans 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away
his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed
of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
-
Paul reveals his own lineage in this verse.
-
He says in many other places that he is a Roman,
because he was a Roman citizen, but this is his
genealogy, his specific seed line.
-
He was an Israelite of the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye
not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh
intercession to God against Israel, saying,
3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine
altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
-
Now Elijah had said this in 1 Kings, the 19th
chapter.
-
Remember the ten tribes had left Israel at the
time, and having left the old temple, they had
all turned to idolatry.
-
Now think of our people today.
-
Who are the ten tribes worshipping
today?
-
We see the same thing.
-
They don't know whom they're worshipping.
-
Most people, do not know who they are.
-
They're worshipping a false christ.
-
They're believing the Kenites people are the
true sons of Israel, and we could say much the
same thing Elijah said; but Elijah forgot the
divine promise to the seed.
-
We're speaking specifically of Israel here.
-
Verse 4 gives God's answer.
Romans 11:7 What then? Israel hath not
obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath
obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
8 According as it is written, God hath
given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see,
and ears that they should not hear; unto this day.
-
God put them in this slumber or stupor.
-
There is no such word as ''slumber'' in Greek
language, a stupor, or ''eyes that they should
not see, and ears that they should not hear''.
-
The purpose of this stupor is that the Gentiles
would have an opportunity to accept Christ and
could come into their own kingdom, as is
recorded in the 21st chapter of Revelation.
9 And David saith, Let their table be made
a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling block, and a recompence
unto them:
-
They think they're doing good for God, and David
says, let this be a snare to them.
-
Now think of today.
-
If people are going to church all in good faith,
but they are being taught a Kenites messiah and
that God's chosen people are Kenites, then their
very Christian religion becomes a stumbling
block to them.
-
David predicted this many, many years ago, and
we see today many of Israel being deceived.
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow
down their back always.
-
Let them carry a heavy load.
-
Yes, beloved, they do carry a heavy load when
they are taught hell and damnation instead of
His peace and His love.
-
In other words, within this deception, they are
praying to the wrong father.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God
forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the
Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
-
If the children of Israel had not stumbled and
had lived perfectly by the law, then Christ
would not have had to come, and the only promise
from God was to the Israelites.
-
There was no promise to others, but you see they
did not live perfectly and Christ came , so then
it was possible for the others to have
salvation.
-
This came about through Christ.
12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the
diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more
their fullness?
-
In other words, if Israel's stumbling and
deception brings riches to the world, if their
loss brings riches to the Gentiles; what a great
thing Israel becomes by being a blessing to the
whole world.
-
And of course, we remember the covenant with
Abraham that he would be the father of many
nations.
-
He would even be a blessing to the ethnos, and
we know this has come to pass through Christ.
Bible Study For Life, believes daily Bible study allows the
spirit to grow ever stronger in understanding, knowledge,
wisdom.
God has
told us many times, do not
believe what any man may teach you unless you first check them
out directly from God's Word which is unchangeable.
