The Kingdom Wedding, Thy Maker Is Thine Husband By Pastor
Murray
In the simple and natural sense God teaches His emotions as they relate with our own
feeling. The kingdom of heaven which is the King and His dominion is just like a
wedding and all are invited.
The elect are the widow and shall be
the bride of the Lamb. All that waits and
know of the wedding feast and marriage to Christ, our husband, shall
soon take place.
Jeremiah 31:32 Not according to the
covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took
them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which
my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto
them, saith the Lord:
Isaiah 62:5 For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall
thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over
the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.
The kingdom wedding takes place in three stages.
-
It began in the world that was
and it is spoken of in Romans 1, when God set aside those that over came Satan.
-
He judged and justified them and He took them to
bride.
-
This doesn't make them
better than anyone else it simply means they already stood against Satan.
-
God
will intervene in their lives to accomplish His purpose.
God is more natural than we are, therefore He can see natural things, such as
marriage to help us better understand the emotions and feeling that He relates
to us.
-
Man was created for our Father's pleasure and companionship.
-
His feeling
for His creation is like that of a man and wife, who through the reunion of
marriage have become one.
-
From the beginning of time the marriage festival was a
great event.
-
In Ephesians 5, Paul explains that Christ is to His church as a man
is to his wife.
Matthew 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven
be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went
forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were
wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish
took their lamps, and took no oil with them
4 But the
wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While
the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
-
Olive oil is symbolic of truth
-
Without oil, the lamp and Holy Spirit are
quenched. No truth; no light
-
Vessels = Containing oil, to pour on the torches
Matthew 13:48 Which, when it was full, they drew
to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good
into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49 So shall it be at the end of the
world: the angels shall come forth, and
sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire:
there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
51 Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all
these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
Revelation 20 After the millennium, after all
see Christ face to face = after All are taught
God's word = after Satan
shall be loosed out of his prison for
short season = then if they follow Satan they
will be cast in the lake of fire.
-
Revelation 20:8 Many will follow Satan
When Christ said, "Blesses are those that are barren''.
-
He spoke of all souls
whether they were in widowhood (already married) or virgin brides awaiting their
husband.
-
Blessed are those that are faithful to Him.
-
When a spouse
returns after years of absence and finds their love carrying a small child it is
obvious he has been betrayed.
-
Can you not understand the emotion regardless of
gender?
-
It is no different spiritually. If you take on the spiritual beliefs of
ant-christ from the small seed to total impregnation of Satan's deception, you
betray your husband to be.
-
To those Christ shall say, ''I don't even know you''.
-
In Matthew 24, Christ said, ''Woe to them who are with child''?
-
He is
speaking again to those who though they were serving Him, but were too caught up
in the world's traditions and spurious teachings to know who they were marrying.
Isaiah 54:4 Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded;
for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy
youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.
- They won't be ashamed because they were barren or confused
by the traditions and teachings in the name of Christ in this
earth age.
Isaiah 54:5 For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy
Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.
- He is your maker.
- The creator of your soul that inhabits the
flesh body.
- You are to honor and respect your earthly parents,
but your Maker that created your soul is your husband.
- He made
you for His pleasure and companionship.
6 For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit,
and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.
- Do you understand the importance, God places on you with that
statement?
- What greater honor could be bestowed on any creation?
- The next event in the kingdom wedding happens at the end of
this earth age.
- Revelation 14 tells us the virgins spoken of are the only
partakers at this point and Christ explains why in Matthew 22.
Revelation 14:4 These are they which were not defiled
with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb
whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
-
The
elect are called out of the body of Israel.
-
They
will remain virgins until their husband comes and arrives.
-
Who is
Jesus, the True Christ.
-
These
ones who are not virgins are those who shall become ''impregnated''
in their minds.
-
And take
another husband, the false christ.
-
And will be with child when the
true Christ does return..spiritually with child.. they played the
harlot.
-
A woman
who is found to be with child when her husband returns from a long
trip has been with another husband.
-
This is what this verse means.
Christ, the true Christ is Israel's husband.
-
God
divorce Israel for her iniquities.
-
Jeremiah 3:8
And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel
committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of
divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and
played the harlot also.
-
When
Christ died on the Cross, He made Israel (symbolically His wife) a
widow.
-
By His
own law, He could, upon His second coming, re-marry His widow.
-
This is
the marriage feast he talked about in other areas of Revelation.
-
Mark
13:17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give
suck in those days!
-
It
talking about the same thing, those who have been deceived into
thinking the false christ is Jesus.
-
Those
who shall become ''impregnated'' in their minds.
These did not study God's word.
Matthew 22
The parable of those ''called'' to the wedding,
Matthew 22:1 And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,
2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for
his son,
- Jesus spoke in parables that were so simple, a child could
understand, but those who won't try or believe they are not meant
to know, and cannot understand them.
- The king in this parable is the
Holy Father and the son is Christ.
3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and
they would not come.
- Who was sent forth?
- His apostles, Peter, James, Paul, etc.
- Picture John the
Baptist the last of a long list of prophets crying of the
Husband's return.
- A marriage and a wedding; this is what the
kingdom of God is about.
- John the Baptist prepared His way then
as there is a people crying now in this last generation
preparing the way for the return of their Husband.
- In the
following verses Christ tells of those, especially the Kenites
who slew the King's servants and how the wedding was open to the
entire world.
- Finally when the King comes and inspects the bunch
he is vey disappointed.
Matthew 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man
which had not on a wedding garment:
- You could call this garment the gospel armor, but I prefer
the garments that is in Revelation.
- The garment of the righteous
acts.
- This is the person who always said he never knew what the
word said, but that he just had faith and believed.
- He never
came to Christ for instructions as to what he was to accomplish.
- That person never knew Christ, for the word is God.
- Christ will say He doesn't know him.
12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding
garment? And he was speechless.
- Why was he speechless?
- The wedding garment, is your righteous acts, your works.
- When you die, the only thing you can take with you is, your
righteous acts, some will be naked in heaven.
- They do not have
any works; means they never done anything for God.
- Revelation 19:8 And to her was granted that she should
be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is
the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called
unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.
- And he saith unto me,
These are the true sayings of God.
-
Notice the word ''called''.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him
away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of
teeth.
- That person didn't even know what he did wrong.
- He was cast
into outer darkness (this is left side of the gulf in heaven) bound
by the word to be taught in the millennium.
- They will not be
able to partake of the kingdom wedding until it's consummation
at the end of the millennium.
- This final event in the wedding
takes place at the great white throne of judgment and there
shall never be another.
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
- Few shall partake in the soon coming wedding of our Lord.
- God's Elect
- God shows the
love, importance and responsibly ,He places on His chosen.
-
He sent out His servants with invitations to
His wedding, but few are chosen
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit
and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And
let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take
the water of life freely.
- John has come back to the earth from heaven to deliver a
message that extends from John's time to the consummation of the
kingdom wedding.
- The word ''bride'' in Greek means ''Young
wife'' or even ''betrothed''.
- How can he equate the Spirit, which
is the Holy Spirit with the bride?
- The spirit speaks through the bride (His Wife) to call all
to His wedding.
- How precious is His charge and it is through
love and understanding she returns her commitment.
Revelation 12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and
pained to be delivered.
-
The birth of a new age, travailing in birth
-
If
Christ comes back and find you chasing another husband meaning Satan, you
did not wait on Christ, you are in bed with Satan.
-
If you are worshipping Satan, you did not wait for Christ, you are helping Satan bring in
Babylon, confusion, his flood of lies.
-
Revelation 19:9
And he saith unto me, Write,
Blessed are
they which are
called unto
the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me,
These are the true sayings of God.
-
With child means you did not
wait on The Lord, to the marriage supper of the Lamb
2 Corinthians
11:1 Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and
indeed bear with me.
2 For I am
jealous over you with
godly
jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that
I may present you as
a chaste
virgin to Christ.
3 But I fear, lest by any means,
as the serpent beguiled Eve through
his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted
from the simplicity that is in Christ.
-
Do not be
deceived as Eve,
by the
serpent
-
The
serpent
wholly seduce her by deceiving her,
through his trickery or sophistry.
-
Beguiled: to seduce wholly, deceive, of
uncertain derivation; to cheat
-
Subtilty: trickery or sophistry
Matthew 25:3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took
no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
-
Psalms 119:104 Through thy precepts I get understanding:
therefore I hate every false way.
105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom
cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for
our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not
enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and
buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they
that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door
was shut.
Revelation 19:8
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and
white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he
saith unto me, Write,
Blessed are
they which are
called unto
the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are
the true sayings of God.
-
Notice the word ''called''.
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the
bride say, Come.
Revelation 18:7 How much she hath glorified herself, and
lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she
saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall
see no sorrow.
-
Why does she consider herself ''no
widow''?
-
She says that she is ''no widow'',
so you see.
-
She has prematurely wed the wrong husband.
-
Israel is the widow and shall be
the bride of the Lamb.
-
The elect of Israel, they wait and
know our wedding feast and marriage to Christ, our husband, shall
soon take place.
-
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and
a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed
away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city,
new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a
bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of
heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he
will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself
shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away
all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither
sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the
former things are passed away.
Revelation 18:23 And the light
of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of
the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in
thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by
thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying,
Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof:
for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood
out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
-
Revelation 14:3 And they sung as it were a
new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the
elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty
and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
-
Revelation14:3 tells us that only the
144,000 (the elect or the firstfruits) can sing the song
-
They are the wife or bride as they
are called in other books of the Bible.
-
They are the ones who have not been
defiled with women for they are virgins
-
They that didn't fall and worship
the false christ
-
And remained true to the real
Father
-
Revelation14:4 These are they which were
not defiled with women; for
they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whither so
ever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the first
fruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Revelation 14:5
And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault
before the throne of God.
-
As Revelation 14:4-5 says, These are they
that follow the Lamb wherever He goeth.
-
These were redeemed from among men,
the first fruits unto God and to the Lamb
-
And in their mouth was found no
guile
-
For they are without are without
fault before the throne of God.
-
Only the first fruits would
recognize the fact that Jesus is the only one worthy to open the
seals.
-
The prophets knew the seals would
be opened and longed to see the day.
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new
heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth
were passed away; and there was no more sea.
-
The word
''new'' in Greek is ''kinnos'', which means ''freshness or renew''.
-
It is
not a completely new operation, but a renewing of the old.
-
The word
rejuvenation would be more fitting.
-
The fact
that there will be no more sea can mean two things.
-
We know
that if all the people who had ever lived were to return, there
would not be adequate living space.
-
However,
if the seas disappeared and we had terra firma around the whole
globe, there would be.
-
The
earth would be watered with a mist that covered the whole earth.
-
It would
be watered each night, evenly, in such a way that we would not have
rain or storms.
-
We could
also interpret this sea to mean that masses of confused people would
be ''no more''.
2 And I John
saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of
heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
-
This is
post millennium.
-
Note,
this is not old Jerusalem as we know it now.
-
But the
heavenly Jerusalem. For He brings it with Him.
-
Isaiah 54:1
- very good reading together with this verse.
-
Isaiah 65 -
very
good reading together with this verse
-
A bride
adorned for her husband
-
Ezekiel 48:45
3
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the
tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and
they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them,
and be their God.
-
His
people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God
-
Tabernacle means ''dwelling place''
-
We see
He is dwelling with men.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears
from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither
sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for
the former things are passed away.
-
What a
great and wonderful time this is to anticipate.
-
We are
not sure what kind of bodies we will be in at that time
-
But,
evidently they will be incapable of pain.
-
We will
be in that perfect state of the spiritual body
-
1 John
3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us,
that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world
knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2 Beloved, now are we
the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we
know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall
see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him
purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
Matthew 9:15 And Jesus said unto them, Can the
children of the bride chamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is
with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be
taken from them, and then shall they fast.
Luke 12:36 And ye yourselves like unto men
that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding;
that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him
immediately.
37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord
when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that
he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and
will come forth and serve them.
38 And if he shall come
in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them
so, blessed are those servants.
39 And this know, that if
the good man of the house had known what hour the thief would
come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to
be broken through.
40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the
Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
41 Then
Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us,
or even to all?
42 And the Lord said, Who then is that
faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over
his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh
shall find so doing.
44 Of a truth I say unto you, that
he will make him ruler over all that he hath.
