Seven Churches of Revelation, Only Two, God Was Pleased With

 

Revelation 1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

• The number ''seven'', The Bible numeric, this is the number of perfection.
• Asia, at the time this was written, was more or less the outer world sense.
• It was the outer area, and it was to spread and enlarge.
• So this was not necessarily written just to the churches in Asia of today.
• But it meant outlying area. It means even the United States of today.
• Understand the terms ''which is, which was, and to come''.
• He was in the beginning, or before the beginning. He came and was crucified, and He shall return again very soon.

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

• Christ is King of All, We know, from our studies in the book of Daniel
• That Christ is the one that took away the daily sacrifice.
• The daily letting of blood as a ritual, When He died on the cross.
• We know that His blood was the sacrifice for one and all times and the cleansing part of this is simple knowing the truth and believing on Him.
• To go one more step further is to know your destiny and how you are to serve Him.
• Act 9:15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
• Revelation 21:24  And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

These seven churches from the seven Spirits which are before His throne. These are the churches of today.

 

The church of Philadelphia, God was pleased with the church of  Philadelphia, Why?

 

Revelation 3:7-8 They have the key to David also, They know who the Kenites are, Satan's seed, the truth of the Christ resides in his heart, for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

 

The church of Smyrna, God was pleased with the church of Smyrna, why?

 

Revelation 2:8-9 The church of Smyrna knew who the Kenites are, (Satan's seed), they believed Christ resurrected and raised from the dead

 

The Church Ephesus, God was not pleased with this church, Why?

 

Revelation 2:4-5 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

 

The church of Pergamos God was not pleased with this church, Why?

 

Revelation 2:12-13 We see then, that this is an evil place, where Satan exercises his power and authority. Thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat.

 

Revelation 2:14 I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

 

They say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

 

The church in Sardis, God was not pleased with, Why?

 

Revelation 3:1-2 The church of Sardis, They are dead in the truth,  I have not found thy works perfect before God. Thy works are the deeds you do, Sardis is a merchant town. They were the mother of false gods.

 

The Church of  Thyatira, God is not pleased with The Church of  Thyatira, Why?

 

Revelation 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

 

They which prophesy out of their own heart; they seduce My servants and commit fornication.

 

The church of Laodiceans, God was not pleased with the church of Laodiceans, Why?

 

They were the worst church, They won't even stand up for Jesus if it's hurt their cash flow.

 

Revelation 3:15-16 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

 

They flow through life trying not to step out of line, whether that step be right or wrong.

 

Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

 
The Holy Spirit is one sent (John 14:26). He goeth forth from the throne, and serves in behalf of the throne. He is God himself imparted to work in His elect the good pleasure of his own will, making his grace availing in them and for them, filling them with "all peace and joy in believing," helping their infirmities, witnessing to their adoption, and carrying into effect all the divine administrations of the kingdom of grace.
