2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
  • He's talking about the Last days
  • Perilous means hard, difficult and grievous times
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
  • Turn the news on, if you go against them, they come after you like a lion.
  • Covetous, lovers of money
  • They want hate between each other. They want top stories, they do it for money, they don't care if it's truth or a lie. Brainwashing has grown vastly, due to the fact that the mass media is involved.
  • Daniel 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
  • Four hidden political dynasties controlling the World, Education, Religion, Financial and Government
  • Political, (Daniel 7) This is how Satan and his children bring about "one Worldism".
  • Education, U.S. President Kennedy In 1962-1963 ruled in the Supreme Court  that official prayers and Bible reading in public schools were unconstitutional.
  • Satan's children uses education to pass laws that it's unconstitutional to teach God's Word  in schools
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
  • Incontinent = no self control
  • If you're watching the media, its hard to have self control. With all their hate.
4 Traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
  • Watch the media, they are good at teaching hate.
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
  •  A form of godliness, they play church
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
  • They do not teach the word of God
  • Silly women and silly men
  • They teach they are going to fly away
  • They creep into God's houses, The Churches
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
  • They tell people you are going to be gone. You don't need to know God's word.
  • These also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds
  • John 8:32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
 
11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
  • 1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
    14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
    15 I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.
  • God said, there nothing that going to happen to you, that's not common to man.

  • You’re not going to be tempted above what ye may be able to bear

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
  • Learn, Holy Spirit teaches us
  • We need to learn God's word to help God teach His people
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
  • He said, All scriptures is given by inspiration of God
17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
 
• Exactly 2520 years from the exile of Benjamin, Iceland became an independent nation.
 
•  The first tribe to be conquered by the Assyrians was Manasseh, in 745 B.C. Exactly 2520 years later America became a nation on July 4, 1776.
 
• (Leviticus. 26: 28-46) God warned Israel that if they persisted in continually breaking His Laws, not only would curses come upon them.
 
He would punish them for seven times, (a time being 360 years, seven times would be 2520 years) and would banish them from the land of Palestine and scatter them among the heathens (like lost sheep)
