Proverbs 26:1 As snow in summer, and as rain in harvest, so honour is
not seemly for a fool.
-

-
It doesn't snow during harvest time
-
These are as rare and as exceptional as honour
is to a fool.
-
Meaning your not going find honour in a fool
2 As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse
causeless shall not come.
-
By..by = for or (has cause) for
-
A swallow never takes a break
3 A whip for the horse, a bridle for the ass, and a rod for the fool's
back.
-
The fool's back = the back of fools
-
You don't want to be friends with a fool
4 Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto
him.
-

-
These are finely stated facts, not commands.
-

7 The legs of the lame are not equal: so is a parable in the mouth of
fools.
-
A fool will never understand God's parables
-
Matthew 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto
him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
-
Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
-
Question of Disciples
11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you
to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them
it is not given.
Legs = clothes put by subject, for the clothes
on them
Are not equal = are lifted up: the clothes being
lifted up expose the lame legs
So a fool express his folly (evil) in expounding
a parable

a fool.
-
Bindeth = bindeth tight: a foolish thing to do
-
He that tight a stone in sling where the stone
won't come out, means you don't won't to give
honour to fool like this

the mouth of fools.

rewardeth transgressors.

aright: he that hireth a fool, hireth a
transgressor (who will spoil the work
-

11 As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.

is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her
wallowing in the mire.
-
Returneth = repeateth
12 Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a
fool than of him.
-
Nobody know everything, about God's word
-
Your always in a learning mode
13 The slothful man saith, There is a lion in the way; a lion is in the
streets.
-
Now we go back to lazy man
-
What will a lazy person say, there a lion in
street, I can't go today.
-
Any reason not to work.
-
You are better off not to have a lazy person
around you
14 As the door turneth upon his hinges, so doth the slothful upon his
bed.
-
A lazy person is likeness to same a door, as if he
turns in the bed from one side to another side.
-
He not
talking about the disabled people
-
Many people falls on hard times, it's okay to
get help.
-
It's the lazy person that able to work.

Thessalonians
3:6 Now we
command you,
brethren, in the
name of our Lord
Jesus Christ,
that ye withdraw
yourselves from
every brother
that walketh
disorderly,
and not after
the tradition
which he
received of us.
7 For yourselves
know how ye
ought to follow
us: for we
behaved not
ourselves
disorderly among
you;
8 Neither did
we eat any man's
bread for nought;
but wrought
with labour and
travail night
and day,
that we might
not be
chargeable to
any of you:
9 Not because we
have not power,
but to make
ourselves an
ensample unto
you to follow
us.
10 For even when
we were with
you, this we
commanded you,
that
if any would not
work,
neither should
he eat.
2 Thessalonians
311 For we hear
that there are
some which walk
among you
disorderly,
working not at
all,
but
are busybodies.
16 The sluggard is wiser in his own conceit than seven men that can
render a reason.
-
You can have seven sluggards, (lazy men) and
one man that will work.
-
The man that works can
do more than seven lazy men.
17 He that passeth by, and meddleth with strife belonging not to him, is
like one that taketh a dog by the ears.

and if you know what you're doing help them
18 As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death,
-
Don't be around someone like this
19 So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in
sport?
-
He does evil, he tells words that will hurt you
and then he says he was just joking
-
You can't have a better friend then a neighbor,
because if you need help, he will be there for
you.
20 Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no
talebearer, the strife ceaseth.
-
Don't be around a busybodies, because they like
to gossip, they don't care if it's truth
-
2 Thessalonians
3:11 For we hear
that there are
some which walk
among you
disorderly,
working not at
all,
but
are busybodies.
21 As coals are to burning coals, and wood to fire; so is a contentious
man to kindle strife.
-
You don't need to be around trouble makers
-
You need peace
22 The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the
innermost parts of the belly.
-
Wounds = self inflicted wounds
-
If someone tell a lie on you, it's going to hurt

from the flattery of the tongue of a strange

him;
25 When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven
abominations in his heart.
-
Speaketh fair = making his voice gracious
-
He's con you
26 Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed
before the whole congregation.
27 Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone,
it will return upon him.
-
It's going fall right back on him.
-
How?
-
God's hates abomination
-
Proverbs 6:16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an
abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and
hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet
that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that
soweth discord among brethren.
20 My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy
mother.
28 A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a
flattering mouth worketh ruin.
-
Proverbs 6:19 A false witness that
speaketh lies, and he that
soweth discord among brethren.
-
