    7 For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
8 Neither did we eat any man's bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
9 Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.
10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
11 For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.
  • God knows your heart...
  • Busybodies... These people do not work .. they think we should give them everything..
  • Because they listen to the lies of the world ...Satan is the prince of this world.
  • Busybodies... lazy people... they are the give-me people = trouble makers

  • Proverbs 6:6 Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:
7 Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,
8 Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.
9 How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?

11 The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

13 In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.
  • Follow God's word, don't follow a fool
14 Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction.

15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
  • It's not a sin to be rich, but if you get rich by ripping people off, yes this is sin and wrong.
16 The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin.

  • Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
18 He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.
  • Don't let hate build up in you, take care of it or just forgive them
19 In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.
  • Don't talk about something you know nothing about, just tell the person you don't know.
  • Don't give advice to someone you know nothing about

20 The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth.

23 It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.
  • If not right to mock people to hurt their feeling
  • Joking around doesn't hurt peoples feeling
  • Any time you think mocking someone and hurting their feeling is funny, remember your working for Satan not God.
  • It's up to you, work for God or work for Satan
24 The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
  • The fear of the wicked, by ripping people off = they get what's coming to him
25 As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.
  • Everyone has the right  to choose right or wrong
  • Never talk about the word of God with someone that doesn't care about God
26 As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him.

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
