New Footage Shows Possible Explosion Before Cargo Plane Crashes In Fairbanks
New footage has emerged on X of what appears to be a possible explosion moments before the Douglas C-54 Skymaster cargo plane crashed into the Tanana River near Fairbanks, Alaska, on Tuesday evening.

AP News said the Douglas C-54, a variant of the DC-4 airliner, crashed about 7 miles from Fairbanks International Airport.

Clint Johnson, chief of the National Transportation Safety Board's Alaska regional office, said the cause of the C-54's crash remained unknown, and an investigation is being launched.

Pilot Michaela Matherne, who was en route from the village of Galena to Fairbanks at the time of the incident, recounted, "When we were in the air there was speculation that it was a cabin that caught fire."

In a major case on homelessness, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday appeared to side with an Oregon city's crackdown on sleeping in public. The decision could have sweeping implications for the record number of people living in tents and cars, and the cities and states struggling to manage them.

The Supreme Court had declined to hear a similar case out of Boise, Idaho, in 2019. But since then rates of homelessness have spiked. An annual federal count found more than 250,000 people living in parks, on streets, and in their vehicles. Sprawling street encampments have grown larger and expanded to new places, igniting intense backlash from residents and businesses.

The current case centers on the small city of Grants Pass, Ore., which has a population just under 40,000 and is a symbol of just how widespread the homelessness problem has become. A slew of other cities and states  led by Democrats and Republicans alike - urged the justices to take up this issue.

When we talk about monetary policy, people do not understand the importance of interest rates reflecting the reality of inflation and risk. Interest rates are the price of risk and manipulating them down leads to bubbles that end in financial crises, while imposing too high rates can penalize the economy. Ideally, interest rates would flow freely and there would be no central bank to fix them.

A price signal as important as interest rates or the amount of money would prevent the creation of bubbles and, above all, the disproportionate accumulation of risk. The risk of fixing rates too high does not exist when central banks impose reference rates, as they will always make it easier for state borrowing artificial currency creation in the most convenient what they call no distortions and cheap way.

Like clockwork, as we head into another election season, the medical establishment and the mainstream media are sounding the alarm on another potential pandemic: the bird flu.

Amidst growing concerns, experts have cautioned that a bird flu pandemic may be looming on the horizon, one that could be catastrophic on a scale 100 times worse than Covid-19.

The alarm was raised following reports of the virus being found in multiple species, including cows, cats, and humans, which could potentially accelerate the virus's mutation to become more transmissible among humans.

World War III Is Now Inevitable - Here's Why It Can't Be Avoided
If you're getting the feeling like the globalists are really pushing hard for WWIII these days, you're not alone. I also warned that it would be to Israel's benefit if Iran entered the war because this would force the US to become directly involved. To be sure, Iran has already been engaging in proxy attacks on Israel through Lebanon, but Israel's attack on the Iranian embassy or diplomatic station in Syria basically ensures that Iran will now directly commit to strikes on Israeli targets.

In other words, much like WWI, the situation is being escalated by the political elites despite the fact that the general public in the west is increasingly opposed to participating in the conflict. The globalists want to send us to war whether we like it or not. Every decision they have made so far makes peaceful resolution impossible.

However, there is also a large contingent of capable (and mostly conservative) men with the background and the aptitude for combat that still want nothing to do with Ukraine. The reason is simple: They believe that far-left western governments and globalists want to use them as cannon fodder to get rid of them. Once they are used up in war, there will be no one left to appose the leftist takeover at home.

I wish we could call April fool! on the $20 minimum wage hitting California fast-food restaurants on April 1. But the wage hike signed into law last September by Gov. Gavin Newsom is really going to hit hard.

Last December, Pizza Hut announced it would lay off more than 1,200 delivery drivers across the state.

The $7.25 federal minimum wage applies in 20 states with no higher state wage. If a restaurant company operating in those states expanded to California, the disparity between $7.25 and $20 would be a shock to the company.

Another big effect will be on all other California businesses, not just restaurants with fewer than 60 operations nationwide. The state minimum wage overall went up fifty cents to $16 an hour on Jan. 1. The best workers at $16 will gravitate to the $20 jobs, effectively putting pressure on companies to pay more than $16. Companies that can't do so will go out of business.

The power fails, phone is stolen, what then? How does one identify oneself if one's primary and only means of identification is stolen?

How does one go about proving one's identity without a ID document? Seems bizarre that digital ID is being touted as the one and complete solution for identification.

The IRS currently requires two separate photo ID's for verification of identity how on earth does one achieve that with ONLY a digital ID, the whole thing is ill thought and absurd, especially in the case of lost or stolen mobile phones, which will become a prime target for thugs.

The idea of having one's Finances AND identification on one device is DANGEROUS for it makes every phone a prime target for criminals as everything of value is stored on one device, how very convenient for criminals, its almost as if government wants identity theft to happen..

BlackRock Seeds Ethereum-Backed Digital Liquidity Fund With $100 Million
BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, has filed United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Form D for the BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund. This marks the launch of BlackRock's first tokenized asset fund.

CoinTelegraph's Derek Andersen reports that. according to the filing, BlackRock created the fund in 2023, but has yet to launch it. Form D is used to obtain various exemptions. BlackRock indicated that it is seeking an exemption under the Investment Company Act Section 3(c), which exempts it from certain SEC regulations. The fund was created under the jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands.

The fund will have a $100,000 minimum investment and be offered by Securitize, a U.S. digital assets securities firm, which will also conduct the sale of the tokens. The form shows $525,000 in sales commissions, and indicates the size of the fund as indefinite. The form was signed on March 14.

The fund will be tokenized on the Ethereum blockchain with an ERC-20 token called BUIDL, which currently has one holder and a $0 on-chain market cap, according to Etherscan.
